Hey everyone, Im a noob 3d modeler, who wants to learn how to use blender.
I understand the aspects of modeling and such.

I've been following tutorials, but if someone gave me a small project, with some guidelines that would be great.

If i apply my creativity to model making, i reckonĀ  i could make some cool stuff.

Eager,

Ox.

I really can't say I approve of blender, milkshape, google painter or any of he free modeling software, if you are going to get into serious modeling. Blender is probably the best free one I've seen, but it is incomparable to the higher end software.

The questing I have for you is, what type of modeler are you? T give you an idea what I mean, I am a prop/weapon/vehicle modeler, who mostly does hard surface modeling. Doesn't mean I haven't or don't plan on doing other types, it just means that these are my focus. And YES he skills to be applied are far different for each type.

Ive only been modeling for about a month now. Im a noob. :D So far im just concentrating on this weapon concept.

This is my first ever model, so i think im doing alright so far.
But i think that i will start out making mostly weapons.

I dont have the money to spend on a good modeling program, so for now I think ill stick to blender, i think its pretty good, considering it free.

Ive seen some pretty awesome models people have made with blender, so it cant be all bad.

What program do you use?
