If you read what you downloaded you would of seen it say "multiplayer not included". This is because the multiplayer is not out yet. If you read the front page it clearly says "Renegade X is a free multiplayer Tactical FPS game that will be released on February 26, 2014"

Yes there are bots in this game and you will be able to play offline. These bots are much better then in Renegade and Black Dawn, they can buy vehicles, buy characters, repair buildings and teammates, and attack structures. As a beta tester I have played with these bots and they are constantly being improved.
