Finally a DBZ fighting game that is actually decent! (This generation of DBZ games were all pretty horrible compared to last-gen).

Did you use HJ split to join the .rar files and then extract the mod?
If so, make sure that the tick in the Extreme Vs.exe is selected otherwise the game will crash.
And don't use the WindomXP.exe!

Also now that I played a bit more, there is a graphical glitch when you view the Banshee and the Unicorn in the "items" mode. Like the arms, shoulders and head are clipping through each other. I think it happens with "large" gundams though a funny thing is the zabanya who's width is insane displayed fine. Just a minor glitch though, nothing major I guess.

Oh almost forgot, everytime a new Mobile suit spawns in-game during a battle the game freezes for like a second (my guess that it has to load the suit) and then it just continues. Also nothing game-breaking (does not happen in the original)
Other then that, I haven't found any more bugs/glitches yet! The game runs a whole lot better than the original(no framerate-lag, screen-tearing and low fps for no reason).
So the engine is fine.
My laptop can run every recent game at 1600x900 at medium/ high so this game should be no problem :P

I was fairly decent with the original. I suck with this one!
Just got owned on the last stage. Like 4 guys just raped me! xD

What I can say now is that the graphics are a lot better. The presentation as a WHOLE is better! The models themselves don't look cheap anymore, the effects are nicely done. The AI is owning me (for now). No crashes or weird glitches/bugs.

I'd say it is one hell of a good start!

I think that you can't go online with this mod.

All of the parts downloaded successfully. No problems there, still getting the error.

Going to try out HJ split now.

Open the .rar file inside the Extreme versus folder. Then just click on them :)

Just have a quick question:

When I extract the ExVS mod.rar.001 (already downloaded everything) I get one error message saying: Etreme versus/map/City_tac/_24.png is damaged and then the whole extracting process just stops.

Maybe re-downloading every part will help.. :)

Hey guys, I've been lurking around since this page was up and running and since it's nearing release soon I just wanted to thank you all for your hard work to get this mod out!

Also, I heard one of the modders got into a accident which is very unfortunate so I wish him/her the best of luck and (hopefully) a speedy recovery!

However I have one minor complaint. The bot movement for the Galatic Warfare mod is slightly bugged. Instead of walking or running, they just seem to slide around. Most of the time the animation works just fine but still it's a minor annoyance or kind of funny depending on your mood!

Is there a fix for this?
