I would say, if that is a bump map, to tone it down a bit. Too much bump or normals gives a plastic or clay feel. Express it more in texture or AO (Bake preferably) to get that feel you really want. Even then, I do love this texture!
It would work GREAT as a prop in a destroyed environment or war torn environment like Fallout 3 or anything with a lot of death and destruction!

I wanted to pump more bumps and decay into it by using the normals, but doing so did make it look a bit funky.
Definitely something fallout-y.
