Mod looks really interesting, there is certain lack of mods with setting in this period. :)

But actually in this mod you can add companions via morgh. Just create troop and in party templates add it to one of mercenary groups. When you hire them, ya got them. I made myself my own Tyrion that way. But much better looking. :P

I once managed to recruit Jaime Lannister and some other guy from kingsguard by capturing castle in which they were prisoner... But sadly only them.

I wonder if anyone has answer - assuming i made few... tweaks to mod, added few troops and items (amongst others dragons from perisno, couldnt hold myself :P) here and there - if I copied entries from "troops" and "items" files, and pasted them after uptade - would my save work, and those troops were still there in game?

Or would I get "invalid troops number" error?

Perhaps i used incorrect word - i can fully understand some frustration, and leaving personal opinion on matter here (heck, that's what comment section is for). But there are some who are just insulting each other and mod author, and this i canno't understand. There is difference between leaving opinion on the matter or exchanging views, and being arsehole. :)

Also - one of the reasons of removing additem is that it supposedly breaks mod because of some new features in 2.0. So well, i do like personalize my gameplay, and it is a quite important to me, but it indeed seemed as inevitable removal.

So basically, in wishful thinking - i'd rather see that feature stay so i get people who rather see it stay, but after reading some of produno's explanations, i kinda get his point of view. What i don't get however are people who're giving eachother offences becouse of mentioned decision.

Perhaps, but well one can't have everything. ;) I liked that i could easily personalize my companions and character, but meh, just gonna live with that or walk that problem around with morgh.

Also was a bit suprised by reponse from both sides. I mean people who claimed that they will now stop playing mod were exagerating. From the other side calling those, who just left their opinion on the matter as frustrated no lifes is too much also.
But well, im bad at internet i guess.

Well, I've been playing this mod for some time and just wanted to say that it's amazing! I was actually suprised how much little things like moving hair can add to immersion. And sea battles when you obtain cog? Yarr, awesome. Not to mention bigger things, like armour designs and music. Really, woif easly became my favourite warband mod. Maybe map, Essos, female faces could receive some love from modding team, although i list those only to not sugar too much. I really hope that Produno and rest of team will continue that amazing work.

If I may refer to Great Additem.menu War, at first I was a bit sad, as... well, not gonna lie - i'm nasty cheater, and usually have most fun from roleplaying as some op character. However after reading some posts from players and Produno himself, I understood his reasons. I mean from one side - I like to have freedom of what I can do. But from the other side - if there is really that strong vision of goal, that this mod is supposed to achieve - i must respect that.
However big my respect to mod creators would be, upon hearing about removal of additem menu I started to use morgh and openbrf (as i said, nasty cheater), so actually thanks, that was educating and actually i gave myself even more posibilities to play game.

Excuse my long post, just wanted to leave it here. Now i look forward to 2.0 this saturday. :)
