wow a comment already XD didnt expect any this soon lol, the requirments for the final version will be morrowind with both expansions as it will use alot of things from both of them, there is also a couple of other mods you will require but I will upload them when they are needed so you dont have to go searching for them. Im not sure how big the file will be yet but including the required mods your best just to have a gig free space. One of the required mods is about 600MB because it has 90+ armour sets in it and im using a few of them in this mod. Sorry I cant make it any smaller :(
The demo is out if you want to have a go at it. its only around 60-70MB at the most. and it only requires Morrowind and will work with most other mods.
maybe at least reading a couple pages (which i know its been said within the past 4 pages) might be good before asking, its not that hard to do.

Hey, I was wandering if I could carry on the AoA mod on morrowind, Im going to do it for my own use wether u say yes or no either way but Id only release it to others with your permission, I thought the mod was absoloutly amazing and ive been adding little towns and stuff in my spare time, my friend keeps telling me to upload it to moddb so others can use it so ive decided to finally ask you if ud be ok with this?
yeah but the mod is still avaliable, the filefront link should work, i got it from there.
and it never died from over ambition as many think, it has jus been changed and is now being worked on for unreal tournement 3, which i think is a sh**

Sorry ive put up so many posts the past day or two, but one more question, i noticed you have some asuran/ancient ships there, does this mean you have a third race for them or do they come as part of another race? (like the asgard do for the tau'ri)
You can have ori (for goauld) and ancient (for tauri) superships in both skirmish and galactic conquest, in skirmish just capture the supergate and buy it from there, in galactic conquest you can buy them at tech level 5 at a planet with a level 5 starbase.
I was jus playing through GC as goa'uld and i noticed that the Daedelous is ridiculously hard to get rid of! I had 4 hat'taks and 2 advanced hat'taks and the enemy had the Daedelous, 1 BC-304 and 1 X303, they pretty much wiped out all my ships and i only got rid of the X303 and had 1 or 2 hardpoints on the BC-304 left, the Daedelous had half its shields gone, and this was on easy (keep in mind was trying to get rid of the Daedelous first, I didnt actually try to get rid of the other 2 ships). I know its a hero but this is a bit unfair dont you think? Could be my tactics but Im normally pretty good at space battles. Im probably going to get a slap in the face for this post but I jus thought id point it out :)

I gathered from that that they are not sure what will all be in it, and if that isnt what it means then check the previous news posts, im sure there was something about things that are in 0.9 there somewhere.
I knew the translation wasnt finished but i would have thought the unit names at least would have been put in, in fact almost all of them have the [MISSING] thing there for me. and merlin answered your question already in the latest news post, although not directly
@ MarshalCross: Little off there, it is a smaller less up to date version of the eaw version that works on foc, but you can play as 3 different races (Tau'ri, Goa'uld and Replicators). Although the replicators are there the units look no different niether do the bases (space and ground) just a few of the names of units have been changed.
@ M~Rain~Blood~M: You build ancient battle ships in skirmish by capturing the Supergate, if you mean in the galactic conquest mode you must build it on certain planets such as Delmak, and you must also be at tech level 5 with a fully upgraded space base at said planet. I am going from what you do on the latest version of the mod (0.8 I think)but im pretty sure its the same for this one.
Is it normal to see [MISSING] instead of the name of a unit or its description in the english version?
Amazing work! i dont want to wait for a final version X( but i guess i have to...I had an idea for ground units, you could have both old series centurions and the new ones for cylons, like having the new series ones stronger versions, maybe having a type that shoot bullets and another type that shoot rockets? you could jus use all the different human form cylons as ground heroes, and a bunch of the viper pilots as colonial ground heroes (I know alot of this is pretty much stating the obvious but jus trying to help) I also thought that you could have air to surface vehicles for ground skirmishes, like 3 vipers for colonials and 3 raiders for cylons. please nobody get pissy with me if ive made a stupid post and everything here has already been said or is really obvious, i tend to make those kind of posts :S
I havent tried the mod yet but i jus wanna comment and say that from what other people are saying bout ai problems i dont really want to, the idea of having a bunch of new ships to play around with and better gameplay sounds great but if its going to cause problems with the ai id rather not since i look for a challenge from ai, instead of me being all powerfull and able to slowly wipe em out with a couple small ships :\ hopefully in 1.6 the problem will "dissapear" and i agree with LordSnakie that you should make it easy to install it, u want people who arent geniuses to be able to play it too :(
omg its so obvious that the "glitch" or "bug" that makes it crash on universe when u try to use single player is bc there isnt a single player! ive had no problems using this mod with player vs cpu skirmishes.
Very impressive mod, would love to see a download sometime soon :)

I have to say this is my favorite mod ever, mainly cuz i love stargate, but it also shows how many completely useless people there are out there, its so freakin easy to install this mod that i barely had to do anything, moment it was installed i was able to use it, and im ment to be one of the worst at using a computer, anyone who has a problem installing it or getting it to work, jus shut up and wait for the next release. ^_^
yeah id like to know too, i would suggest like a atlantis style ship, but thats for the wrong side. unless you can change the side its on? I would also suggest the ship Anubis uses to anhialate Abydos and was goingt to use on earth. but its already there as a hero.
in the chow the ships have always been, X-303 for Prometheus and BC-304 for the Deadelous. so to make it easier just refer to them as that so people dont complain. sorry if i sound a little bossy saying that but it is easier to understand.
I know its a long way from now, but i had an idea and thought i better post before i forget, well, you know replicators have the ability to make human look-alikes. i had the thought that they might be able to create ship look-alikes too, so that might help if you run out of ideas for replicator ships. Or even have replicator infested ships. just a thought, please dont shout at me for it if its a stupid idea.
anyone know how i can play the mod on normal EAW without the CD/DVD? my last disc is kinda scratched (my cat got a hold of it).
For the replicators they could build a moving sateltte from the last atlantis episode (that the pegasus replicators made to destroy atlantis) this is from the supergate of course, could make it destroy ships in 1 hit, maybe 2 or 3 for the other supergate builds (ori warship and the aurora).
