Disregard that last post, I just started it up as the administrator and it worked. Now about the level, I have two questions. Can you get in the tank and can you kill the scarab (I just drove past it)?
I'm trying to try it out, but I've had no luck. I replaced a30.map with the one in D:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Halo\MAPS but when I choose the level to play ("Halo") it is the normal mission. This is strange and seemingly impossible because I just completely replaced that file. I have Windows 7 64bit by the way.
Too hardcore? Needs more balance in your favor? Really hard? Nearly impossible? Sounds great to me!
I don't know about you, but playing this mod on the day before the world might end is on the bottom of the list of things to do that day. I'll play if it's THREE days before though.

Are you going to put them in squads or leave them as individual units?
That would be pretty amazing! Although that has to be pretty hard to do and just buying slightly more expensive hogs would be fine with me.

Although the voice acting could be better, this was absolutely wonderful to play. That final stretch and the sword and shield elite was really cool. I love having a huge barrage of plasma heading my way!
I really hope you can truly pull off the Falcon. It's my favorite vehicle in all of Halo besides the Warthog. (My jaw dropped when I saw an army of Warthogs and Falcons at the beginning of "Tip of the Spear")

Are these going to be on a special map we can play? Kind of like the Christmas version of Crash on Call of Duty 4.
I don't like the Covenant destroyer in Halo Wars and some other fan created ships for my own reasons. Do you plan on adding them and some other non Bungie creations to perform essential fleet roles like CaW is or are you going to have only the few ship classes that appear in the games and have a more simple and uniform fleet?

Are you going to focus completely on ground combat until it's completion or are you going to alternate between ground and space combat during the production and allow no room for the possibility of a ground beta to be released?
