Don't worry about it.
That wouldn't make since because the only UNSC ship at Halo was the Pillar of Autumn, and she crash landed on Halo during the very first part of the fighting.
When it comes to assault rifles, I personally like the MA5B and MA5k the most. If it were up to me, I would just keep the MA5B.
Switch = Switchblade = Knife
Nope, that's the .30 cal machine gun.
Is that a switch being held by a burned man?
You should only have brief encounters with apes. Most of the combat should be against the gators due to the fact apes weren't seen as much as gators until the end of Halo 2 when they took the place of the gators as the Covenants main warrior race.
Does anyone know how to interpret this so that we my understand? Sounds like he has early access to the mod or something.
Agreed. Even though I think this unit was just made up for Halo Wars, which is arguably non-canon.
Never flown a Hornet in Custom Edition. Can't wait to try it!
Yes, it isn't made up. Look at the cover of the novel Ghosts of Onyx.
I see a release of some new content on Christmas coming. If we're lucky that is. (complete guess)
I agree that the MAC guns will be hard to use because of how close ship to ship combat is in this game. In normal engagements, I perceive the distance between UNSC ships and Covenant ships to be about the length of your average FoC map. This is a troubling matter. Easily fixed with huge maps though.
I'm content with them focusing on space for now. To satisfy your ground battle needs, just play Halo Wars while you wait. Gamertag = Username
Edit: sorry wrong comment being replied to
The flood are the Consortium (very fitting faction). They are the only ones that can do that stuff. But the flood won't need to. Once the flood get going their unstoppable
In my mind, I pictured Reach with more ships but less MAC guns and vice versa for Earth. But in Halo: Reach, Reach had very few ships and absolutely no Super Mac guns. "Orbital defenses", yes, but no Big Sticks.
I'm disappointed with Reach because everyone would want to see over 500 ships duke it out.
Will it be difficult to remove certain ships from the game myself? There are few ships I've seen that I wouldn't mind not having... I prefer to have only a few types of ships to use like UNSC Halcyons, Frigates, Marathons, Shortswords and Longswords and fight just Covenant CSS Class Battleships, Supercarriers, and Seraphs. I also fully understand the balance issues that will happen if I remove certain important ships like anti-fighter units.
I'd like to clarify that the Covenant didn't just obliterate the UNSC on reach. They actually lost a substantial amount out ships due to the Super MAC guns until their power source was destroyed at the surface.
First thing I'm doin land wise is making an army of swift pig death!
What are those glowing orange projectiles? Are they Archer missiles? They are definitely not MAC rounds.
Best looking update yet!!!
There are a ton of missing animations/coding and whatnot.
Gas mask seems a little much. Maybe a Nazi Officer hat?
I agree that it doesn't look right. It looks too much like a smaller craft. Like some sort of fighter. Heck, maybe you could just resize it make it some sort of advanced fighter like the Tie Advanced to the Tie fighter.
It looks as though there could be a lag issue when you use this.
This better not be the final piece of work. :( I'm shure you guys will fix it though. You guys are idiots if you think you can get away with THAT, but it's a good start.
