Release Delta will be focussed on TOS era ships, so the original Connie will make an appearance in the mod too.
The docking/launching sequence is specific to the dock, not the ship that's launching I'm sorry, and if you have every single Connie taking a half hour to launch I'm sure no one would ever build one :P
We currently have a unitcaps system that covers that, you may notice that there's four options for different fleet size makeups?
Don't think we'll use the Complex style asteroid base resource collection system, but there's a few things in there that we're wanting to look into having our own version of :)

Don't know when it will be authd' but you'll get an update available notice in Desura I think.
The Nova mines bug is fixed in this new Desura version too, not going to put out a patch for this for the standalone release Beta unless something else that is a major bug is found.
I'm still trying to figure out how to get the hotfix onto Desura to tell you the truth, I am probably going to have to redo the whole big file and upload it for 2/3 hours this weekend.
Desura has been an afterthought for us, we freely admit, but if we get any crap for it we'll pull the plug on the Desura version. Like my Mum always said, If you have to verbally abuse you've already lost the argument~
We considered that at one point actually, but I think the code base was too complex to quickly/easily rewrite for the "everything under one race" setup you use

Shader 1, the default shaders, can be used, the mod looks less nice when using it, that's all that means. It's the reason we made a button to switch between the two...

The AOE damage of a ship exploding is a very large number, as it should be, as a reactor breach is a pretty devestating event! The station is not exploding for no reason!
As we've explained before, not even once before, because of the starting fleet structure in HW2 and the Eras we can't do any full races for skirmish that weren't present in all 4 eras.
What have you tried? Do you get error messages? Have you read anyone else's comments and our responses?
Please, if you want help, ask for help, have some content in your comment and use the bug reporting thread! The mod obviously works for more people than just the dev team, how would everyone be commenting on its content if it didn't?!?!??
You're going to have to give us more information than that if you want some help. Think of us as tech support, what would you tell them, and post in the bug reports thread. We keep an eye on that!
