I can't speak for everyone obviously but for me personally is the characters like Dukat and Garak that I find the most interesting.
Irl I would totally be on the side of the Feds, in fact I think its something like that we should all be aiming from. getting rid of illness and famine and having actual equality would be nice. :P
But for me the Feds and their ideals often seem like the, for lack of a better term 'common sense' argument, making them good but predictable. The morally ambiguous characters though, well they are less predictable and thus more interesting to learn about.
And like I said their ships are essentially flying porn.
That's sort of the point, they are the antagonists.
People like them for the same reason people like the Empire from Star Wars, a good villain or villainous group is more interesting than a good hero.
You have to actually put effort in to understand the motives of the b̶a̶d̶ ̶g̶u̶y̶s̶ glorious liberators.
Plus their ships are sexy as fuuuuuuuuuuuuck.
And what about that poor Romulan you blew up...
How dare you call my mother that!
You'll be receiving a strongly worded letter let me tell you.
The sudden realization moments before the blast that it has an installer... I swear we Breen only wear these masks, to hide our shame.
Ah thank you for these generous gifts!
Aren't these the same ones you gave too Vree..... oh.... oh no..
Download the file, then use a program like winrar to extract the folders.
move those extracted files into C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Documents\My Games\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion\Mods-Rebellion v1.82
After that you have to use the Large address aware program (its in the download) on the sins rebellion.exe which will be in.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion
to turn it on and off, you have to use the enabledMods.txt file in the mod 1.82 folder, DO NOT TURN IT OFF IN GAME!
Then it should work.
Ok so first, stop spamming.
People are not on here 24 hours a day. they will reply when they can.
Second, there is a tab at the top called tutorial. I suggest you try there.
HA! You can make new ones all you want our energy dissipator will still ruin your day. :P
Oh sorry I mean BBBzbzbbbzmBBZbbzmmzn.
Aww baby D'deridex! :D
Can ye hear it?
I believe so, except I think the Romulans because of the way their engines work. :P
Well A: no they didn't.
And B: you could have just checked the download section. :P
Ahh I captured this in one of my games!
Needless to say the Pentastar Alignment graciously accepted the gift of a second executor to use is our totally neutral c̶o̶n̶q̶u̶e̶s̶t̶ peaceful aquistion of new worlds. :P
I disagree, the only ships that speed and maneuverability would actually mean anything would likely be to small to damage most larger Star Wars ships.
I mean a Negh'Var is 682 meters long (according to its specs.) and and Imperial II class is 1,600 meters long, over double its length and coated in dakka!
Also not having lasers often in Star Trek doesn't suddenly make them useless. :P
In terms of what one is better to watch its a matter of opinion. But if it were to be a sins mod, Star Trek would get destroyed.
Its called Star WARS for a reason. :P
