I play video games and enjoy modding them. I have skills with Photoshop, Paint.NET, Autodesk Inventor, Solidworks and I am busy learning my way around 3DSMAX. Currently a Mechanical Eng. student.

You can always appreciate a good quality kalashnikov! Nice work, this mod is like nothing I have seen before. I am thinking it would be cool to add some new features to combat such as suppression when under serious fire, fear when exploring a dark underground location, and adrenaline during combat as well. Features such as those would compliment the new weapons.

You're so right there bro, 10 seems alright for the most part though I had a major deleting / disabling spree when I installed it so its running nice and fast. The cpu idle could be better but at least its not windows 8 :D

Second time I have reloaded my system in a month, after my last installation of win 7 conked out I decided to move to upgrade to 10 with the idea I won't have to reload again for a while.

I like the posture of A but don't agree with the field of view. If you put out your arms as if you were holding a handgun from your eye level you would see your arms in addition to the weapon.
For me it would be A but with a realistic "eye" level field of view, where you can see the arms more. The FOV at A gives the impression of holding the gun near your face which no one does.
Limansk, although a separate mod is my sort of replacement for clear skies. That is entirely up to you, if you waiting on a replay it might be worth it with all the new content.

The mod will definitely work with the German version of the game but a lot of stuff will be in English. We could probably make a small patch that would make a large portion of the ingame dialogue german, as in vanilla but a lot of the new stuff will still be in English. Unless we can organize a translation, but that will likely only be closer to final release.

Yes, I cannot provide you with specifics but most weapons will be able to accept various holo, red dot, assault and marksman scopes.

We'll definitely look into providing demo versions, however we want to avoid people playing an incomplete mod so restrictions will have to be put in place. Also after adding some features, a new game will be needed.
With both TSF and I working on the mod we are able to achieve more in the same time frame. So yes while we are stepping the mod up a notch, we won't compromise stability and certainly will add stuff gradually as we progress through development.
Yes a new game on patch 1.5.10 will be absolutely necessary.
Finally someone has fixed this, I found this extremely annoying in vanilla call of pripyat. Good work wormwood team!
