An aspiring author currently working on the fictional episodic literary work: "The Adventures of the Starship Corvus" and a debut novel, as yet untitled.
Absolutely gorgeous, if I may say so.
It's FABULOUS! ;)
Hey the Cupholder!
Will you be importing all the ships from Discovery? That would be awesome!
Did I miss something?
Come, men. Let us go forth and defeat the enemy with FABULOUSNESS!
"If you value your lives, be somewhere else!"
Absolutely magnificent work, if I do say so myself.
Sweet! Downloading posthaste!
Ooooh, now that's nice!
ModDB definitely needs a 'like' button. Outstanding shot!
Really quite a brilliant design. I miss that game.
Sweet! I'm gonna have a lot of fun with this. Thanks for sharing!
Sweet! Been looking forward to this.
This sounds exciting. Nice work, if I may say so.
I keep looking for the 'like' button.
Such a shame these never entered production. Beautiful birds.
One of the better-looking mechs in the Battletech universe, and your version is particularly excellent!
Now that's pretty, if I may say so.
Ah, among the coolest Mechs ever made. Your rendition is brilliant!
*Cue diabolical laughter*
In all seriousness, though, a most excellent model. And the organic texture remains absolutely fantastic!
Sweet! This will give me many fun hours of cryptic storywriting.
Now that's quite impressive!
Any chance of releasing the fonts for public use? ;)
I must agree, but then again, what would you expect of something named "Frendship"?
Regardless, it is a lovely design. Well done indeed!
Now this is exciting. Beautifully done!
Not generally a fan of guns, but I must say that is one good looking rifle.
Exciting news, this should be quite entertaining!
In the most literal sense of the word. ;)
Lovely projectile, by the way!
A unique design, to say the least. Well done indeed!
Nice! One of the more interesting ships in the Star Wars universe, looking forward to flying it!
Oh, that's fine, I'll take your word for it. Looking forward to the release!
Nicely done! But, if I may make a small criticism, aren't the wings supposed to be angled forward just a tad? Or is it just me?
Ah, once my favorite planet, when I cared about such things. Still a beautiful rendition.
Ah, one of my favorite ships, the Headhunter. A lovely model!
Sweet! Glad to see you guys are still around. Downloading now.
A shame to hear this is over, but I'll definitely be tracking AAK now.
Beautifully named, and beautifully modeled!
Hey, nice to see this mod's still alive! Downloading now!
Glad to hear you guys are still alive. Looking forward to the release, however far away it may be!
Now this I like! One of the most beautiful Battlestars, in my not-so-humble opinion.
Heartily agreed, one of my favorite sci-fi ships!
Singularly impressive, I honestly can't believe that's the Freelancer engine at work!
It is? I can't seem to locate it in the downloads section...oh, duh, I'm blind. Well then, downloading now, in that case. Thanks!
Beautiful, if I may say so.
Now that's impressive, if I may say so myself. Beautifully done!
Now this is impressive. I would daresay this is the most detailed model I've ever seen...of the Falcon, at least.
Ah, now I see. That would indeed be incredible if you could rig up something like the show, but as it stands, it still looks rather impressive. Looking forward to the release!
No, no, I meant the flak shield like Galactica and Pegasus have in the show. You know, where Apollo almost gets torn apart chasing the heavy raider? Maybe that's not what this photo is, in retrospect, but it does look similar.
Now that is pretty. Tell me, do you ever have any lag issues with the flak shield?
Solaris Jungle? Very nice!
Very nice! A Rogue/Molly fighter?
Now this I like. Too many blue bullets in HW2 mods, if you ask me. Green is a nice change of pace.
If I may add my opinion to this, have you taken a look at how Homeworld 2 ships are destroyed? Quite magnificent, if I say so myself. Of course, this game looks to be very fun no matter how you decide to blow up your vessels.
If I may offer some criticism, be it constructive or otherwise, I rather liked the perfectly round portal detailed in your previous pictures. Now it looks a bit...squished. Of course, I realize the hyperspace effect scripting stretches it automatically, but might it be possible to somehow override that?
Just some food for thought, either way, it looks magnificent!
While I do like the swirling slipstream, this looks quite interesting as well. Can't wait to see it ingame!
Amen to that.
Nicely done, one of my favorite Taiidan ships. If I may offer some criticism, though, is it not just a tad short? Or is that just the perspective? Or, even better, am I just crazy?
As much as I may dislike Steam, it is the most well-established game-hosting platform. So much so, in fact, that I limit myself to it exclusively as I prefer not to waste hard drive space with other services that I would use only once a very great while.
I thus second this suggestion.
Well, better to have a beta than nothing at all. A shame development has ceased, though.
Now this I like. Excellent work indeed!
Very atmospheric, well done indeed!
Can't say it's my favorite Ugly, but it is most definitely one of the more intricate models I have seen. And considering the quality of your other models, that is saying something. Very well done!
Though I realize this reply is three years late, in the event anyone still requires help, I, personally, have the .50 patch installed, and this mod works perfectly.
Not only an excellent model, but an excellent story behind it. Can't wait to try it out in-game!
Nicely done! You may have just changed my mind about skipping this title.
Indeed, though at a second glance, it would have to be a highly customized Siege Cannon, so perhaps not. Can't wait to see what it turns out to be!
Siege Cannon anyone?
Quite nice, if I may say so myself. A very unique projectile design.
Very nice, very nice, an excellent use of the Y-series(?) design, if I may say so myself.
Fairly cheap for such a well-developed game. Have fun!
Very nice indeed.
I am continuously astonished at what you have managed to do with the Freelancer engine. Very well done indeed!
Very...artistic. May I ask what it is?
A Mk.III Heavy Basestar, you say? Fantastic work as always, I am looking forward to the next release!
Hmm, a properly epic name, if I may say so.
Agreed. Excellent work!
I am quite impressed, excellent work indeed! If I may offer some small amount of feedback, however, is the model not just a tad too shiny?
I concur, a most excellent job!
Hmm, now this I like quite a bit indeed. Excellent work!
Quite exciting, the siege cannon is an astounding weapon and, judging from this picture, it looks as though you've done an excellent job resurrecting it!
Most terrifying indeed! Can't wait for the release!
Very nice, a perfect blend of sci-fi and modern weaponry, if I may say so.
Wonderful! I haven't seen Vjun since Jedi Academy, very excited for the Warband release!
One of my favorite ships from the original game, I am very glad to see it here!
Just out of mere curiosity, will these mercenaries be available for hire to any of the other races?
Be that the case or not, this is a beautiful piece of work and I can't wait to see it in the next release!
Excellent work! Downloading at once!
Now that will be quite fun indeed! Superb work!
This sounds very fun indeed and I greatly look forward to it!
I am still amazed that you did this with the Freelancer engine. Very well done indeed, can't wait for it to be released!
Very nice, very nice. The entire concept of this game looks fascinating!
Hmm, quite a lovely background. Can't wait for the next release!
Alright, then, just thought I'd ask. Thanks for the quick response.
As for Spring, yes, I have tried practically everything to get it to work, but no luck so far. Perhaps I'll try again on the next build of my computer.
In any case, thanks for the help, and keep up the good work!
I hate to add to the complaints, but is there any chance you might port the game to another engine sometime in the future? I have downloaded Spring three separate times over the past couple of years, and I even downloaded it just to play this game, but never has it worked on any configuration of my computer.
On a more positive note, however, may I say this game looks downright amazing! I'd love to try it out!
I never cease to be amazed by the amazing detail in your models, particularly considering the fact you are using the (sadly) aging Freelancer engine. Very well done, indeed!
I must say I was quite depressed to hear the Sands of Time had been cancelled. But seeing your work here has changed my mind, this project looks most immensely interesting. I look forward to the release!
May I say that this game looks particularly excellent! I will watch this with great interest.
First off, is this game dead? If not, is it free? If so, where can I get it?
If I may make one suggestion, I recommend putting in RC vehicles which can be controlled manually if possible. If you have ever played the game Frontlines: Fuel of War, then you have a good idea of what I mean. If I may also say so, this game looks like quite a bit of fun, keep up the good work.
Magnificent indeed! If I may ask, how many mech models do you plan on creating for this title?
*edit* (See my avatar for ideas). ;)
Downloaded and installed just fine for me, one of the best mods out there, if I may be so bold as to say so!
I never met a flight sim I didn't like and this one looks particularly impressive. Well done indeed!
Do I spot a version of the Somtaaw Dreadnought?! My all-time favorite Homeworld ship, I am now eminently ecstatic for the next release!
@CnCDarkstorm and Goober163: Come now, this is the future! Surely we can have short torpedoes and unbreakable glass!
I must say, I am quite excited to hear about new arenas! Not that the old ones are bad, mind you, but the more variety the better, in my ever-so-humble opinion.
Ah, very nice. Organic vessels/stations are few and far between, I heartily give you two thumbs up for the idea!
Quite beautiful, if I may say so myself.
Ah, I do recall this scene. Absolutely lovely to see it redone with more advanced graphics. I heartily agree with Paxton's statements!
ANOTHER EDIT--I have now tried repairing the installation and searching through a few game files, but still nothing. I am starting to grow rather desperate. Oh, and a few stats that may be of note:
I have Crysis, the Steam version, on a 64 bit Windows 7 machine, but installed in the Program Files (x86) folder.
I highly doubt this is a hardware-related problem, but as for software, I do have AVG Antivirus installed. Other than that, I cannot think of anything else that might cause problems.
May I say that this is an absolutely marvelous mod, among the best I have ever played! Excellent work indeed, particularly for a beta!
Now, there is one problem which I hope can be addressed. You see, I prefer to host my own LAN server, however, whenever I do this, the players start out with 0 cash. Furthermore, when we destroy each other (I assume that's how one earns cash), no cash is earned.
While it is fun to simply jump around in battle armor, I would very much prefer to try out the Mechs and other vehicles. If there is a simple way to fix this, I would be much obliged if you could let me know.
EDIT--Note that I have fiddled with nearly all the settings in the 'Configure' dialog in the launcher. I have also changed the 'PP Income Scale' to a variety of different numbers, but to no avail. Again, any help is greatly appreciated.
