I'm planning on releasing a triple C title this holiday season (forget about holiday season - When It's Done ;) - but soon) 8)<directX 11 required, pong-like graphics>
This is great and all, but IMO Unreal tools are the most polished ones, being battle-tested and decade-and-a-half in the making.
I can't wait for some old school quaking on Source engine :)
I wonder who made this map KF guys or Valve guys :) It looks really good.
Haha, that looks cool, gotta try it :)
Congrats to MMT!
Wow, that is awesome!
Cool John Romero's postmortem on Doom (GDC'11) : Gdcvault.com
Wow, it looks really really good. Thumbs up!
That's a damn awesome game, one of the best isometric shooters out there.
Wow that's sweet, tracking!
Sn1pe, that was an interesting read...
Simo Häyhä ftw :)
Art and music/sfx are really of commercial quality - beautiful, consistent - simply outstanding. You really need to work on controls though, I did try playing it and it isn't so obvious e.g. how to summon the zombies, I suggest adding keyboard shortcuts for specific actions... Anyways - good job!
Hey, I saw you were looking around for GML tutorials and asking stuff. Anyways, I'd suggest reading Derek Yu's tutorials @ TIGSource - Forums.tigsource.com (there are 4 or 5 parts). P.S: This is the guy that developed Spelunky with GM.
Because he's a troll.
This game is so damn awesome, if someone who hasn't played it yet is reading this - DOWNLOAD the game, you won't regret it!
On sale I bought it for ~1,5€, actually I bought whole anthology for less than 5€ (i.e. a price for a couple of non-imported beers in our country).
AAA level design, that's for sure!
I will really keep my fingers crossed for Scrolls to succeed, but yeah, I don't see myself buying it (I'm not into card games).
Yay! Austro-Hungarian army, thumbs up to your decision to include them!
Pheeeewww, that was great!
That looks great,I will definitely play it when it's released!
That seems like an awesome take on Zuma :)
I have no questions, but that's gonna be an awesome read for sure.
Hahaha, awesome work guys, really impressive!
Your trailer is really pro. Good work guys.
At right pricing (i.e. somewhere in the neighborhood of 10€) I'm sure that DE will be one of the most successful and talked-about indie titles this year.
