╭∩╮(︶︿︶)╭∩╮ Alexandre alias MrCal3x, little big PC's player, I play on World of Warcraft, Aion, Xonotic (and Nexuiz but...), Trine, Final Fantasy (all, exepted online titles), many Xbox Live Arcade titles (I have PS3 too but i'm not a fan of PSN, guh... SEN* !) I love to kick-ass the horde on WoW with my awesomely gnome DK (noob's class, I know, but it's funny :3). I am a fan of manga, I likes many titles than Naruto (Shippuden too), Ao no exorcist, Loveless (problem?), Bleach, Death Note, No.6 and many other. Bref, i'm a crazy geek, so, great day and good kill !

For this, Desura Net must contact Epic Games and ID Software for these games, without they autorisation, impossible to add on Desura catalog. :\

I feel Desura work better on Gnome Shell (on Ubuntu) than Unity.
On Unity, when I close the Desura's windows, impossible to restore him without restart Desura via the binairies, and, the Unity's launcher don't work.
On Ghome Shell, the launcher work (ha) and when I close Desura, a icon appair on the bottom and when I clic on them I can re-open the app windows.
... I'm happy to have Gnome-Shell... :D

But, on GNU/Linux (I've tried on Ubuntu Natty 32bit), this game work perfectly with a good FPS (and awesome graphics ^_^)

However, this game is amazing

Hum,
DirectX is only used on Microsoft platform. (Windows, Xbox360)
I think the PS3 doesn't use DirectX but OpenGL (ES).

But, it's true, if DirectX can be implented on Linux, most developper will port games (and engines) on Linux.
And Icculus will finaly released Unreal Engine 3 on Nux! :D (ok... ok...)

Linux is, a very good platform, so, we need so many game for start this platform on the market and encourage EA, Ubisoft and/or Valve (for the exemple) to release they game on Windows, Mac and Linux.
Try and use Ubuntu (or Mint), it's run "out-of-the-box"! It's easy, stable and... Free! :)
