Coop Raids (could be something like cleaning up a building of enemies along with your friends, with a little reward for doing it) and Loot System (longevity and replay value FTW!!!)

I would say this one... just imagine having this on first person view, would look cooler than the plain one...
you could use the plain one as "pickup model", and this one on the "first person view", saving polys...
