Thanks a lot for the video. I finally got to watch it today now that I am not behind the Great Firewall. I hadn't realized the name of my game was so hard to pronounce. I hope I don't have to change it :O

Hi. Thanks for the great comment. That's very encouraging. I vaguely remember looking at Ogre and a couple other engines when I started but didn't see a big advantage over the tools I'm using. Things might be different now, but I'd need a *really* compelling reason to switch at this stage.

It's great that you noticed the particle swirling and tiny details. I'm aware this game is difficult at first for a lot of people, which is why I've spent so much time on details. I'm hoping those will keep people engaged long enough to start enjoying the way the ship handles and other aspects of the game.
