Ok, so recently I started designing a mod that I want to make (at least the prototype anyways) by myself.  This is an attempt to hit all corners of modding, be it coding modeling texturing making particles ect.  I won't start on coding yet, ive done a bit but I feel that I need to start over completely, especially since I'm planning to format this computer this weekend.

Anyways I know people hate hearing about this mod and that mods ideas but heres a bit of a prelude to the story, just so you don't hate me completely. 

Prelude, wip subject to change:

The year was 2018. The government had rapaciously
obliterated the very idea of the word liberty. Years before, the force
of the new government swept the world clean of opposing factions
effortlessly due to a cutting edge virtual reality training program,
simply named VRT. The program was ruthless, it was used to build them
into killing machines, and to break them of their humanity.


In a matter of days our world became theirs.

Because those who didn't participate were incarcerated or killed,
blood thirst and violence became an underlying trait of this new
world.  By the year 2043 the technology utilized to enslave Earth had
been commercially released to the people who dwelled within the filthy
crime ridden slums that dominated the new society. The technology was
assimilated to human life at a viral place. The ability to virtually
combat without physical consequence became the means to settle debt, to
end feuds and the only source of entertainment allowed by the new
totalitarian regime. It was not long before the government regained
control of the technology as means for their own ends. Instead of small
battles between individuals, the government provided approved battles
that were mass broadcasted. All captured revolutionaries were put to
show in brutal virtual simulations of mortal combat. These simulated
death matches became life in the festering slums, the death matches
became the only reason to live. With most humans the
government-produced violence accomplished it's purpose: satiating their
minds enough to keep them from revolt. But for some the production
spurred their revolution, as they hoped to gain the one thing they were
allowed to gain the new world order: fame.

But a secret was kept from the population.

Those in the games were not playing a game, they were playing for their
lives. What seemed to be simply virtual reality, was in fact real. The
people who win their fights win fame, and everyone else wins death.
