I found something weird: you can talk to Wolf about defending the camp, and he'll ask you to find an AK74, but it is not put on your PDA. Then, when I got it, he asked me (if I had extra weapons, which I did) to supply some of the noob stalkers. I tried selling it to them (the icons would be red, and the price would be 0, but they wouldn't go into the "sell" box on the trade screen), I tried dropping the guns near them, nothing worked. Just want to know whats up.

Thanks. The loads aren't quite as bad as I at first thought, they are just annoying. However, the mod is amazing enough to make it worth the wait.

Does the winter mod have anything to do with this(I didn't used to use it and it seemed to load a little bit faster)? I can get rid of it, np, but I kind of like it. And yes, I have the latest patch.

I'm running it on a dual-core with a 9600GT and 2GB ram, on Steam (but never any issues because of it). Any other things I can do for better load times?

Believe me when I say I don't want you to make it in UT3 (I don't own it so I couldn't play this mod). I was just curious why you were doing this in GOW instead of in (For example) the source engine. After just having finished all the nightmare modes, I can easily say this is the best single player mod I have ever played in the puzzle genre. The combat could use some work, but it's fun for a little while, which is all you'll spend using it. However, some more spells would be nice in the future. All in all though, the puzzles were a lot of fun, the graphics were spectacular, and I can't wait for Episode 2!
