It's possible you've seen this before, it's a commen technique to test physics. And yes, it's a tiny little robot because our own models are not yet implemented, very nice you've noticed =p.

These balls are 3D models.
We are using them to test physics in our engine.
This way we can see if they react the way they have to, like falling down, collide with the map, rolling down the hills and stuff like that.

Hehe, I never seriously played warcraft II, so you could be right =p
For now, Tides of Truth is just a working title, so it could be changed later, but i don't think it will =p

Nope, Tides of Truth is not dead at all.
After a few months working on ToT as Halflife 2 mod, we are currently deceiding whether to continue of temporarily shut down te project. We are planning to start in fall 2009 with Tides of Truth as a stand alone game, with our own engine. As soon as we know what we are gonna do for sure, we either update or delete this moddb page. :)

That's exactly the same reason we started this mod, Co-op is great but there aren't many co-op games these days.
