It works but the textures are all mixed up for me. Energy cell texture is on the ceiling , wall texture is the water etc. Any ideas?

I would have voted PS2 but since were in current gen mode id have to say Xbox 360.Both are mentioned because of their games , not because of console specific hardware (well I do find the left analog sticks position on the 360 controller more comfortable)

Now I use my PC just to go online and rant how PC games dont get optimized the way they should :P

I would recommend implementing alternate controls - /\ [ ] O and X to move , analog nub for aiming ,R to shoot , L for use (or crouch ,whichever is used more) The functions from /\ [ ] O and X go to the D-pad and we are all set

I was considering getting an ipod touch just for the games , seeing how it basically an iphone without the phone and camera and is quite cheaper.
Its not so popular as a gaming platform but its pretty slick.And god knows my psp is a heavy peace of equipment to carry around if I only use it to listen to MP3s

What happened to the movie explaining about Hunter.It wasnt present in the game and its deleted from this page so what gives.

I think Duke 3D used to have something like aim assistance or whatnot .

This is important!
If you notice missing textures somewhere restart the level.Otherwise the next level probably wont load and the game will restart itself so you'll end up looking at the main screen.

OK i had some trouble exiting the game seeing how the HOME button is inactive and the in game quit option didnt seem to do anything but thats probably the Slim port acting up

To all of you out there who have trouble heres some good news.
I got it running on my PSP 1004 (phat) with CF 5.00 m33 using the PSP slim port of duke 3d .So far it runs smoothly and is very addictive.

It looks like Sonic because its Knuckles.
It should get ported to PSP ,IMHO seeing how sega is now making games for nintendo , which is kind of sad and depressing

Oh god please add a third person camera too. I know thats a lot of work , an probably too many animations , and thats the last thing on your mind right now but it would've been amazing.
Ive been playing the campaign with a third person hack and let me tell you its as good as Gears. Its just so awesome to see master chief move and shoot , the reflections on his armor , the way he melees enemies...its so cool.

Wont you consider porting it to psp when its done?That would be awesome.
