Hey! I'm Milch ( Milch means milk on german ) and I'm a C/C++ and Java programmer.
Also, follow me on twitter (@MilchDev)
Only thing that seems a bit odd is there is no icon on moddb for indiedb.
Not all combines.
There is the civil protection and there are the "real" combines afaik
Thats what I thought.
Atleast I think that most of the people, who can mod a game, have some experience in C++ - at least the programmers.
So whats the point on even using LUA? I tried to learn it about 2 years ago, and I gave up after 5 weeks, because the syntax is awful imo - even if I'm used to basic languages like VisualBasic.
I just have one question - why do you use LUA?
Because I though about using LUA in my current game, but I stuck to AngelScript because of the syntax and its written in C++
So what are your reasons to use LUA?
I would just take the antilon and the combines to the dimension with the shack and let them run away until there in the shack.
I never though about this before - and you're right.
I really like Overgrowth but maybe there are other games that are as exciting as Overgrowth but hardly anybody reads the posts about it because they get bumped down.
