They WILL have their correct voices, the KARR shown in the video was KARR from the beginning of KITT VS KARR, before he changed his appearance. And no, that is not ki3t's engine sound.

On another note, we have a new style installer which will be released within the next week, I would suggest waiting for that if you are having issues using the current release of 0.2b.

Read the description, it's just a re-release of 0.2b in a new style installer.

It does however include fixes for the scanners.

No, Knight Research has no connection with this mod. We did speak to them about the possibility of merging the two mods together, however they were not interested in doing that. For some reason 1 or 2 of their team completely hate us. So to answer your question, this mod is being made by the GTA Knight Rider team, and NOT by Knight Research. There will be a re-release of 0.2b within the next week featuring an updated installer which is SA V2 friendly. We are currently working on new features for the mod, which will be made available via source code releases.

It's what was causing the problem for me, I changed UP/DOWN_LIGHTS=2 to UP/DOWN_LIGHTS=3 and it stopped the crashing.

Ahem, I have to agree with Knightprowl, if you use code from other peoples mods without their permission, then it is quite easy to get a mod taken down.

Word to the wise, I would be careful that anything you release does not contain anyone elses code but your own.

@Ketchup2o yes the mod is coming back, the original author has passed it on to me to work on. I plan on making a few changes to it, I will announce the new structure for the mod once I have completed the revamp of the website/forums.

Lots of them. Remember, 1955 Courthouse Square is being completely redone, and so far only 1 side of the street has been completed. There are 3 more streets to model yet.

You are correct, the x denotes a specific 0.2 version. Also as has been publicly posted on our website, 0.2f will be the last of the 0.2x series of the mod. Once 0.2f has been released we will be concentrating our efforts on completing 0.3 which will include the entire 1955 Hill Valley map - though don't expect 0.3 to come for a few years, sadly, modelling takes a long time.

Because the TM parts are being modelled first. Only once the modelling stage is complete will the textures be added/updated.

At a guess I would say you didn't rebuild the gta3.img archive like the setup instructions told you too. That's the only thing that can cause model errors like that to occur.
