How can we answer when we don't even know for ourselves. As the post above me has stated, it will be ready when it's ready, as for when that will be, we really do not know.

No, just the 1955 town square as has been mentioned multiple times. The remainder of the 1955 map will be added over the course of the 0.3x series of the mod.

San Andreas or GTA IV for reflections. You can however get reflections in VC by using something like ENB Series.

Ah, my mistake Doc, I assumed you meant that the new model was the same as the old one :-P No harm done.

Wrong, it's a completely new model. Nothing from the old model was carried over, the new one is completely built from scratch.

Because the new one will be more compatible with newer game engines, e.g. GTA IV. You must have seen the old DeLorean model which was converted to GTA IV? It looked like crap.

Based on what we have seen so far, yes, it is a ripp off of our mod (despite claiming not to be)

The models you posted in the images section are ours. You may not use them. And changing the textures of them does not make them yours. Please remove them from your mod and any related images showing models which belong to the BTTF Hill Valley team.

Thanks.

Thanks for that, one things for sure, they do not have permission to use any of our models or code. It will be interesting to see how they are planning to implement their features without stealing our code, and it will be easy enough to check if they have. From the look of their profile it appears they have already ripped parts of the text from our profile page.

Oh yes, the model history, well the old model was originally modeled by Moodog for Midtown Madness 2, so that makes it about 11 years old. Carlos 85G then took the model and converted to NFS 4. From there, it was converted to Grand Theft Auto Vice City by Silver 007, before delorean88us and Carlos85G picked it back up for the mod and began to upgrade it.

I think we mentioned in the interview where we want the mod to be before releasing it.

As for the TM's there maybe something to show in a few months time.

The only mission will still be the lightning bolt run, at this point we are not planning to include any further missions, focusing first on getting a complete map.

Model wise the same as 0.2e but with the new courthouse square models of which the courthouse will change between the 1885, 1955, 1985 and 2015 versions depending on what year you are in. The taxi from part II, rogers locomotive from part III, the new DeLorean, and the TM versions of the new DeLorean if they are finished in time. Other than that mostly coding improvements.

Think of 0.2e as Windows Vista and 0.2f as Windows 7. Kinda the same but greatly improved at the same time.

To answer your question. No the taxi is not the latest model, the taxi has been completed for quite some time, we just figured we would show the work so people know we are still here and still working on the mod. What Carlos is working on now will blow people away when it is unveiled. And Liam is still busy working away on the 2nd street in courthouse square. Hopefully some new pics on the square will be up soon. For now it will be mostly vehicle updates.
