so this is just a peek at the VELVET Rework I'm pushing forward with. so why...? I put together all the levels and etc for the first version of velvet pretty fast which was great... fully playable from beginning to end. spent a lot of time stress testing and cleaning game and Framework bugs, then as I was working on the soundtrack I realized that the game was missing something. To be completely honest, it was boring; Interesting, but boring afterwards... I'm fun/gameplay first over intrigue... so this is the direction, the puzzles will be the same, they were fine. I just added combat, a new movement system and made some major updates and reworks to the Crimson Door Framework... officially bring it to 2021 :3 so yeah... combat, puzzles revolving around combat and navigation as well as the pre-existing logic/level manipulation puzzles... sooo I'm excited :3 also, there is an element that the combat adds to the game story wise, which is player agency; that is something I am a huge fan of, so glad to finally have something that allows for such agency :3(The Look/camera effects is/are not final!!also the music is placeholder youtube music... not mine..)🤗🤗🤗 #nightmare #stilllife #adventure #gaming #trippy #abstractart #artist #photography #unity3d #3dmodeling #gamedev #environment #experimental #creative #lovecraft #graphicdesign #design #cosmic #horror #puzzle #leveldesign #dailyart #simulation #colorful #minimalism #chill #programming #exploration #aliceinwonderland #artistsoninstagram
