LOL that's hilarious about the turret. I used to be a tanker; M1 will break down at the drop of a hat. Mine used to deadline in the motor pool overnight after everything had been PMCS'ed the day before. It's always been a love-hate relationship between tankers and their vehicles.

What's wrong with a mobile Obelisk? Besides, based on the caption and the appearance of them, these are the new Scorpion tanks. The third time a "Scorpion tank" has been placed in a C&C game, and the very first one that actually looks like one.

I hated that you couldn't select air units in flight...If you had them in a group you could still do that, though. Then of course in Red Alert you could select them in mid-air, but you had to band-box to do it...wtf...

The music of C&C (and to some extent the unit responses) to me conveyed an overall sense of optimism combined with some foreshadowing. Listen to "Take 'Em Out" and tell me that sounds like the world is near death. No, it's more "yeah we got this, GDI/Nod (whichever) is going DOWN". Of course you do have tracks like "March to Doom" which to me felt like it was about heroism in the face of the horrors of war. Knowing that the Orca you're piloting isn't gonna make it out of the Nod base, but doing your duty and going in there anyway to try to take down that temple before it nukes your friends.

I did a little playtesting on the harvester bug, and here's what I've found out.

If you're unfamiliar with the bug, the harvester that comes from the refinery (apparently only if you build from the ConYard rather than an MCV) seems to gather Tiberium then just hang out behind the refinery rather than dropping it off. I fixed it pretty simply by directly ordering the harvester to drop off the load, then directly ordering again on the Tiberium. After that I had no problems, and I also very rarely had similar problems with additional harvesters constructed at the weapons factory/airstrip. But the micromanagement trick seems to work, just takes a few seconds of your time. Great mod, by the way; I am truly impressed.

*EDIT* BTW, as a suggestion for a fix, maybe the harvester thing has something to do with the way the original code's supply depots and trucks work. Because when the harvester is working properly, it seems to prefer the front entrance (as it should), but in Generals they'll park anywhere next to the building. Hope that helps.
