Remove my extrapolation workaround and adjusted NPC origin networking. I was able to get NPC interpolation working. Meaning hitboxes sync.

Athena is looking good man. I dont know who's firstborn you had to sacrifice for a modeler but its looking good.
i updated the experiment nine, the back is still curvy, but i dunno, i like it that way.
i shrank the muzzle, and added a laser sight also.
