Description
Cellshading works very well with many classic PS2 games, especially cartoon/anime-styled ones, I also found that Persona 4 benefits well with Cellshading and some other shader settings.
I realized that I had the bloom values a bit too high, so I decreased them to avoid over-blowing the whites (see her skirt).
I will upload my shader settings somewhere, eventually.

Would you be able to share your settings for this effects???
A *little* late on this response, but having moved multiple drives and done fresh installs, those settings have been lost, on the flipside I have gotten much better at making shader presets and may redo it when I revisit Ape Escape games on PCSX2.
