(yet again occupation)

During a battle on a bridge, my forces are conquering. We make it to the end of the bridge, and are at the enemy base. I move up with some men, but an incoming squad of enemies takes most of us down, and severely injures me (lots of gunshot wounds, all over, which my armor helped stop or reduce the impact of, but one round went right through my chest, it was listed as a fatal injury). I try to waddle back to a place to heal (applying bandages while walking would not be a good idea in real life). I make it back (hallelujah!) and I can see the space behind some cover for me to be all fixed up. But as I get there, I realize I am about to die. So just at the point of death, and right where I am going to be saved... a stray bullet hits me...

(This is from my experience in OccupationCS Source, it is a true story)

Ok, so the battlefield I am on is basically 2 trenches, with a long stretch of open field in between (with the occasional destroyed car, APC, or tree). My forces overrun the enemy trench and are in the process of getting a hold of it and winning the battle.
So, after being split from my men, I walk through the trench to be met by an enemy soldier. He has a grenade in hand. The soldier begins to throw the grenade yet I was already in the process of lining him up with my sights. I fire, it hits him in the chest and he collapses. I run towards him to not get destroyed by the grenade he threw, yet when I get there I see he just dropped the grenade. Due to that, I sprint to a safe distance, but not too far, cause I gotta go back anyway. The enemy soldier is still alive, as he stands up, and it looks like he knew the grenade was there, as he begins to run, but it is too late. The grenade explodes, right with him on top of it (I think his foot was literally on the thing). After that I ran over what was left of him and proceeded to win the battle.
