Wow! Wouldn't have thought of EoD getting a standalone revival so many years later! Congrats to the devs with the dedication! :)
Question though: why was Unity chosen over CryEngine or Unreal Engine (like what RS2 uses) ?
Why was this page abandoned?
Have you checked any of the Risen games? They all run on this engine too.
Shouldn't the optional step 4 be the first one?
Great mod, more first-person images needed for showcase! :)
What is this I don't even...

One of the top people at Activision being okay with NetStorm 2 game name? Woah! :O
IDK about Berserker but KAG and Soldat aren't dead -_-
Is there Multiplayer? 'cause that's the main appeal of turn-based strategy games (like HoM&M and Disciples, etc.) - turn-based parties with your buddies :)
The problem is that it's simply misleading calling it Carmageddon Mod. Because people seeing the title would assume that it's related to the Carmageddon series.
However, if it was an actual Carmageddon Mod, then it would have boosted people's attention to the upcoming Carmageddon game by Stainless Games.
Activision and EA that way ->
There are plenty of long range engagement maps for RO2 out there, both official and community-made...
But yeah, more than a year later there is not enough non-map content...
Calling the game a true sequel to BF2 and continuation of the core PC franchise when it is in fact a sequel to BF: BC2, just with different game characters.
BTW, we are on the Mod DB website *hint hint*
I'm curious to see as to how many Chinese and Soviet variants of the Communist weapons will be there in the Mod =Q___
If you want to know what deceiving means, look at BF3 and OFP:RR .
And didn't even bother with TCGR:FS .
Well, there is more to be asked for...
Yes. Also, Island War.
No Dedicated Servers led to poor playability.
No Public Server Files led to poor longevity.
Well, usually it's not about who made the game, but who owns the rights to it. Bohemia wouldn't be able to re-release the original OFP game without obtaining permission from Codemasters.
OTOH, Codemasters has already fired its OFP devteam, so they wouldn't clutch Red Hammer.
Looks like it's back as .org
Would be nice if Battlegroup Frontlines and Forgotten Hope 2 devteams merged their works (like how various Modern Combat modprojects merged with Project Reality) :)
What happened to OPK's Website?
What happened to EOD's Website?
Will it have a page on Indie DB?
It makes me sad when the remakes are taken down when they are either nearing completion or completed (like what happened to Streets of Rage Remake) :(
Good to know that :)
When will this Mod be released on Steam, per Greenlight?
Points 2 and 3 are actually quite opposite of each other. Just look at Call of Duty and Counter-Strike.
