If you kill them near skadovsk, beard says "skadovsk is under attack"(but in russian now) and all will be hostile for some time before everything goes back to normal
Are those items with +1=5% weapon condition/cleaning used for anything? Couldn't find out, didn't get a repair kit because the descriptions are off the screen on the left when buying and I don't know what I'm buying. Like how the stashes are replaced with misc items, broken stuff. Couldn't reach the crowbar in Izumrudnoye(maybe cause of the high fov?). Started with black road and got killed two times right after I started exploring around skadovsk unarmed, without me knowing who's shooting. From the voices I recognized stakers, then bandits. Are npcs randomly hostile nomatter their faction? I'm sure the guys at the cranes that shot me were stalkers, checked them after reloading, werent hostile. Oh and Gonta and Sultan are turned 180 degrees from their original position, and are now levitating
didn't even have time for a looksee in my backpack and pseudodgs already killed me darn sniper spawn location; and made the mistake of running in a straight line :D
the ammount of info on descriptions is insane I'm impressed, too bad about 2 or 3 of the starting items, the top of the description is out of the screen 1280x720 ; playing sniper

Indeed swartz is underrated. Don't hate, I think I like v1.2 more than 1.3 ( because of being picky with weapons and animations ). Idk what to say about Complete CoP, I only tried it for 2 hrs long time ago and it seemed buggy, weird, since Complete ShoC and CS are flawless
I know what you are saying Sendai, I don't have 101 mods for FO3 but the "main" mods I have installed are Wanderer's Edition, Marts Mutant Mod, A World Of Pain, Fellout. Have alot of minor mods, NMC textures, fallout reanimated, some backpack mod, dragonskin tactical armor, realistic interior lighting, weapon mod kits, rh ironsights, powered power armor, pipboy 2500, perk packs etc. some mods that change the look of the game by altering colors, blur, depth of field. Didn't take that mod 200 years later with the vegetation because it might take up too much memory
Clear Skies mod put up the alpha version for download, I read it is based on faction wars(the CS mod Ocedmytoaster was last playing right?). I watched his videos of it, with "calling squads from HQ to take a spot on the map". You installed it David? what do you think of it, a quick description in comparison with FWars?
I was veery impressed with the beginning of the mod, felt alone in the zone, best feel I got out of stalker so far and mutants are no joke here, it's very dangerous wandering around
Just guessing, but troops of doom might have alot more missions, LWR has 80% of the maps empty quest wise(it makes sense that some are empty of quests since you only need to pass through them and are only filled with mutants getting in your way). IMO the mod is mainly about exploring and scrounging but that becomes pointless at some point when you get some equipment. Either this or it's an unfinished mod, a beta. I liked it coz(coz of good animations and weapon textures) it was first time I had "new" maps at my disposal and survival feel was strong at beginning
Yes that's what I thought when I played LWR. Strong start and worthwhile exploration until ShoC Maps. Had rough times in Old Garbage being constantly chased by hordes of boars and rats(didn't have enough ammo) and it wasn't too easy in east pripyat either. Tbh it was the first time I got to see new maps, fan made and old build alike and was very excited.
I assumed components replacement decreases wear rate; My keybinds in Stalker are c for always crouch and ctrl for low crouch, but in sgm low crouch is missing maybe im confused but isn't there crouch and low crouch in CoP?
SGM Geonezis: what does 'major component change' upgrade do? and wasn't there a low crouch key?it isn't on the controls page; got the stash with the sig sauer pistol under the rock in Zaton but couldn't get out, I used a teleporter

Downloading Omega in 2 and a half days, but stops at 2,2mb. I got LWR image 4-5gb in a few hours

east Pripyat=CoP Pripyat? Honestly don't remember very well but there should be a transition to ShoC Maps there. I remember it was Predbanik-Old Garbage-Jupiter-Zaton or Underground-Pripyat East. Hmm in fact, you can't go from East Pripyat anywhere. Iirc there is a new transition in the Underground, at the junction, (where you normally climb the stairs and press the button and monolith appears), there's a door behind the stairs, transition message pops up. Btw is prip east still infested with zombies, monolith, controlers and 30 burers(around the school)?
Well OK then, sounds omega doesn't replace the feel of Lost World. Was very interesting, loved the trek up until the ShoC maps where it's just usual ShoC repetable sidequests.
I didn't continue playing Reborn(don't think I will), and I need to free some space. When I first got it and was discussing about the "new" mutants, someone said, iirc there are aliens(?) in the agroprom underground. I'm real curious about any new mutants, so what's down there?(not sure if I can access the underground early)
Ahahah 20:20 I remember standing on that pole too in LWR, out of reach of boards, but by a collision bug they could push you and fall down. The beginning is rough, there are many packs of mutants which are hard(but better) to avoid.
Then it might not have the same awesome feel, one of loneliness.
Don't have free space to try it out now; if it's based on LWR I guess it's not much different, but would really like to know what it adds on top of LWR. I liked LWR a lot, especially at the beginning, the first few maps were hell. Insufficient money, ammo and supplies (exploring was worth it, like my first find, a beril suit in predbanik felt so good) and attacking an enemy resulted in arousing the whole map. Not to mention certain mutants are the hardest I ever seen in a mod, and they come in big packs. The Pripyat Underground surprisingly gave me shivers to my spine.
