Improved upon the original MOO in terms of warfare and tactics while the economic side of things atrophied to the civ standard of gold, shields and nutrients.
I actually liked the economics of MOO in terms of investing BCs over the mainstream three resource system that most 4Xs default to.
Classic RTS that has a unique vision and execution of its own compared to the friendly competition such as Command and Conquer or Starcraft.
