For the Essence the depletion of the protection bar of being unable to fire back.

So for vintarids loss of defence.

For paladins loss of speed.

For essence loss of attack.

Why are there ores and gems in a supposedly interior maps. The bottom left looks like the most likely an interior map but it looks more like snow.

So this demoship that explodes for massive damage and contaminates the area and units with Greek Fire that cause damage over time.

Shame there are no mods for the original game on this site.
