These days I have my roots buried deep in the development of entertainment software. I love what Games can do to entertain, and above all else I have a passion for the communities behind them. Great things can be achieved in software development, providing the developers have patience, skill, and drive. As Technical/Operations Director for InterWave Studios, I hope to push these ideas into my team so that we can really come out on top with our products. I want to show community developers that I have worked with in the past that success is not necessarily down to skill, but rather about the motivation and commitment that goes into a project - and ultimately what drives you in the end is the experience drawn from pouring your soul into a project along-side like-minded individuals.
