I got idea this shotgun very long ago times. It's can used as classic shotgun, grenade launcher(grenade ammo), as flame-thrower(big column of fire, blowed from barrel). I knew, mad's idea))
Also this weapon have possibility put arm magazine(for feed it) and fix at this position, how U can see on image
