i downloaded the world in conflict no hope 1.67 installer.rar from strategyinformer but the file seems to be corrupt as winrar is unable to open it. help me in this regard

A heads up, and not sure if anyone running Vista has had the same issue. Game crashes with the latest BETA release 10 minutes into every scenario. Played the game with my son over local network. He hosted on his machine running Windows XP and has had no issues. Great mod, keep up the good work, and hope you get this ironed out. Previous release had no such issues btw.
I need help with the No Hope mod, please.
I made the folders in the right places and in the options menu ingame I highlighted the mod and activated it. The thing is that I tried a skirmish game against bots but there were no new TAs and units available. All I had was the original content available in skirmish games. What should I do?
