What have I been doing on my own game?

Well I think it's best for me to answer this question partly with what I've been doing in real life...

Now I'm roughly 1 year off of going to university, where I plan to study Computer Science. Now in the United Kingdom we study A Levels in College or Sixth Form before university. I do Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics & Physics. Because of this I noticed I could probably turn from having crappy Physics written by the GCSE me to more realistic physics, thanks to picking up a mechanics book from my teacher.

This resulted in me spending time learning new areas of physics that I can use. Also I was able to discover more elements I could add in.

Thanks to this I decided I wanted to write my own engine. So I am doing. I'm writing it all myself. The physics, I know, is an incredibly small chapter in an engine but so far it's been the bit I've enjoyed the most. Modelling projectile motion has been pretty entertaining. Also circular motion is awesome, and using the co-efficient of restitution is sweet.

Now our game is obviously not going to be anything special so we're gonna release it free & open source. This is so people can just either learn from it or improve it. We don't care, it's for our fun. We'd just like 1 person to play it.
