I enjoy RPG games with some kind of character creation and/or high interactivity with other characters, such as Starwars KOTOR, Deus Ex, Fallout, Soul Callibur III, resident evil outbreak and such. I like linux, python programming, game music and arts(both 2d and 3d, digital or not), and use the Blender Game Engine for my games.

As a game developer I know which even the games which doesn't have ultra 3d graphics and such are very complicated to do; Planet Stronghold manages to at least in my opinion, succeed at the game genre it proposed to supply.
The demo version kept me playing with attention, the combat system is allright, the open RPG nature of this game absolutely charms me; you can choose whatever you see fit for you play style, and develop your character and his team(nice interaction with the game characters too). I just wished there was more customization to the main character looks, name and details; but a man cannot have everything I suppose.
Will definitely buy this game, I recommend it.
Engine Review on Apr 23rd, 2012 - 3 people agree
I have used before many engines, such as Dark Basic, game maker, rpg maker, Blitz3D and Panda3D. The Blender game engine has an excellent workflow(inside the 3d program), has a easy, acceptable fast(not fast as C++ thought) and largely supported programming language(python); is free; packed with features; is still actively maintained(more by the community than blender.org devs thought); has many kind users and exports the game to Windows, Linux and Mac, and maybe in the future Android.
I constantly check if I should use a different engine, and I always end up seeing which the BGE is still fit for my needs.
