Problem is that as game designer i see full picture of what we are doing, should do and can do during left time with such speed as we have now.. we totaly lost control over project and i don't think we will be able to finish it in time even with cutted features. it's still not group decision, because we even can't reach all our team members at this moment.
Dez had these pack since 2years, thats why I decided to release them to public, because we can't keep stuff for only ourselves, which is not actually ours. GSC allowed me to release the sdk backup, this probably helps the stalker beginner mappers and dedicated fans to create more mods, and with this, the stalker game stays alive even longer.
Dezodor wrote it several weeks ago, that everything will be announced as soon as possible. As you can see, it's still not announced, which means it's not been discussed yet with GSC. They have their own problems now, until they sort it out, we barely think they would care about us. So calm down, and forget about this until you will see it here and on our main site posted by one of us.
We deleted all, which were not necessary. Please let us decide what to keep, and what to remove :) Also please stop talking about GSC - dezowave until its officially announced. It's not good to create conspiracy theories, and then we can already hear bulls**t on other sites, or sometimes it's enough to check our mailbox :) Take it easy!

Hey, I noticed the video is 3 years old, and was recorded with vanilla settings. I tell you a big secret, you can edit these in effectors.ltx file (bobbing_effector) :)

yes, but hacking the engine only allowed us to reenable this event. setting distances in a well compressed and protected dll is something like looking for a needle in a city...
it was a true fortune, that we could move it closer. if we move it even closer, the bloodsucker model will go clipping, and looks odd.

Hey man, I wanted to delete your post, but I wait for dez to appear. Seriously, you got ego. You are making a graphics tuning mod, and want to compare it (or want it to be compared?) with Lost Alpha? Why? If we would talk about comparing -> L.U.R.K. is a paint of a car, while Lost Alpha is the whole vehicle itself. No need to argue, and don't be jelous to us, because we are not to you too. Why would we be jelous? Its normal that your mod has more attention now, since it was released already, and people saw it, they can talk about it more, not to mention people love the pimped materials. You don't know how the engine works, so just go back to your paint-shop and leave us be, as you did before.

You have put already more than enough on the table. You should not care about those peopel, it just kills your morale. You have to accept, that some people get fame by easy work, while someone can work for years on something, and no one will see it. Sad, but true.
imho this is that "era" when gsc ruined the old levels.
I missed it, but what does it contain? 2gb clear sky textures + argus textures + sky4ce skygraphics mod + panoramic mod? Does it really worth trying? Anyone can merge these files together, and write some fancy info which amazes newbies.
