Hello developpers, here's an idea on how you could perhaps improve the Deflection skill (because [1*]) :

Automatic Deflection (With no need of L-mouse button pressure)
This represents the fact the Jedi/Sith isn't completely focused on defense.

Active Deflection (L-mouse button pressure required)
This represents the fact the Jedi/Sith is really being careful about not being hit by blaster shots and more on the defensive.

Skill level (example values):
Level 1 : 10% Active Deflection, 0% Automatic Deflection
Level 2 : 20% Active Deflection, 10% Automatic Deflection
Level 3 : 30% Active Deflection, 20% Automatic Deflection
Level 4 : 40% Active Deflection, 30% Automatic Deflection
Level 5 : 50% Active Deflection, 40% Automatic Deflection
Level 6 : 60% Active Deflection, 50% Automatic Deflection
Level 7 : 70% Active Deflection, 60% Automatic Deflection
Level 8 : 80% Active Deflection, 70% Automatic Deflection
Level 9 : 90% Active Deflection, 80% Automatic Deflection
Level 10 : 99% Active Deflection, 90% Automatic Deflection

Why modifying the current Deflection skill system ?

[1*] The Jedi/Sith in my humble opinion sorely lack a passive defense system.
The unpressing LMB-pressing RMB moment (or the from defense to attack moment for AIs because obviously they are not pressing any button) make them a bit too vulnerable for what they are, and the guys they are sometimes fighting (Count Dooku or Yoda getting taken out by a bunch of pirates ?... Hmmm...). You guys can modify the values I've given above as you wish (I personally think they're quite balanced as they are, but you guys do as you wish), to make Jedi/Siths AI and player more or less vulnerable regarding what you think is a good game balancing, but you still can take that system so as to make Jedi/Siths a bit cooler and avoid them dying in the first seconds of the fight.

BONUS :
Later on, mastering Soresu , one of the lightsaber Forms that potentially will have been implemented in the mod could give you some bonuses on that skill ? Anyways, I'm digressing, giving you more ideas and suggestions...

It's strange, you create a mod to give more liberty to the players, but you limitate those very liberty by limitating to 3 branches and five tiers the amount of troops and evolutions ?
Don't limitate the players, ever.
Just let us create as many troops as we want (or as much as the hardware will let us) and give use the possibility to recruit them in villages like in l'Aigle mod where you can recruit 4 types of units in villages.

Bro you should create a feature that includes crouching and laying down for the player and the AI during battle ;) Like covering position. Always standing up in the midst of fire is not really safe :D Your alpha version of the mod seems very promising. The deflecting feature is something I really like ^^

Some Space Wolves squads require 1 soul (dark eldar system) to reinforce.
I will try to soon post a fix for that issue until modder update.

EDIT: Alright, it's not a bug, haha, it's normal. Space Wolves don't reinforce their squads. However they get more powerful with losses. Just read their descriptions :) my bad

In French, the word, "croissant" means "growing", because it's the phase of the moon when the moon is in growth ("Croissant de lune", "the growing moon", it gave the "moon crescent").
The pastry's shape being reminiscent of a crescent moon, it gave it its name.

Hmm... How could I fix this ? I got the game in French but I did copy the English locale to French locale to avoid any error or "046456$ NoRange" thing. And I indeed had no problem except this one... Hm... Maybe I should get an English version of the game or something.
Thanks for your kind help and for the work and dedication you put on this mod.

EDIT : Funny thing, because of a mod ruining all my installation, I had to reinstall the game along with all of the mods. I forgot to change the Locale and saw that only the Survival maps had "No range names" in the French version. Seems to be like only this part of the mod is incompatible with non-English versions.

The included Survival mod doesn't work.
When I play a 1v1 map, they say "unsupported positioning you must have an opponent at the last slot", although I did activate fixed positions, I'm on team 1, and my opponent is on team 2 (I'm IG, my AI opponent is Ork, so vanilla races). Map is Loki's meditation but same problem on other maps.

EDIT : I switched and tried with different opponents and factions to play as (all vanillas) with the simplest win conditions possible (Annihilate and that's it. No game timer, nothing). Still same problem.

I do find comissar Yarrick is a bit weak though (for who he is) and also units in general. But it's still possible to win playing as the SL. When I'll play them more I'll give a more in depth review.

Put the Wolf scouts as scout units, not the blood claws.
Blood claws are too expansive for starting scout units and are not fit for the job.

Well you could create a tank with a hole inside it, and within the hole create a character in form of a turret, that could shoot around and not dismount the tank.
But I guess then the game would consider the tank as two entities, which would make sense however because a tank turret can still function while its wheels are broken.
But I know it's more difficult than what I say, I'm merely speculating.

2) No I meant the freelance feature where a general can enlist you in their army and you're basically a soldier in his army.
You said one of the reasons you removed it was due to the incompatibility between race armours and player skins (an elf player could not freelance for Ork "lords").
What if you were limiting the freelance only to the generals compatible with your race (for example if you have an elf character, you can only freelance in elvish and human armies such as pirates and empires since they're the only army with compatible armours for elf skin) so as make it possible to add the freelance feature again ?

Hi, do you think it's possible to integrate such things as Giants or Dragons, or is it too difficult ?
Also, is it possible to reintegrate the army enlisting feature if you limitate the army enlisting only to the factions compatible with your skin ?
For example, if you play an elf, you can only enlist in Dark, Wood, High, and Human factions but not in other factions ?
