Video game composer and Music Producer, Kevin Greenlee is one of the many new talents with tons of potential emerging from Alabama. Ever since 2006, when he first put his hands on audio creation software, he has been perfecting his style and working hard so that one day he would get recognition for his creation of music. Since then, he has had the chance to compose for a wide variety of games and movies. Now as a freelance artist, Kevin is getting more and more recognitions and requests from everywhere around the world. In exception, increasing his sound quality is most important. Kevin Greenlee alias LoudCore begins to realize that 2010 is the year where things will fall into place for him.

To give constructive criticism about this mod. It has a bunch of potential. The problem is the gun position. The animations on the pistol are very disappointing and some of the other stuff is pretty bad. I know that this is a beta (more like alpha). If you need animation help I could help you with it (I am mostly a musician). I would love to see this mod take off.

I think the reason being, when you're a developer, it's ridiculously hard to tell when you'll actually be finished with it. Because you'll always be wanting to add new stuff, or always running into problems to fix. Perfectionist or not, you pretty much need to have a playable, working game at launch. Since this is Williams (Exalt Studios's) debut game title, He really needs this to have the best release possible for his game. After doing the music for this game, I've realized that He pushes the dates because he really wants this game to be right. He's a hard worker, very. So he's not just delaying it because of slacking off. Games take way too much time to finish. D: but believe me, it'll be worth the wait.

Sorry for the long reply, just seems like others sometimes don't understand about development (not towards you though).

I wouldn't call it a clone. Besides, finding any game like mariokart on the PC now days is rather rare. If you like mariokart, then wouldn't that mean you would like Silas as well? If I were you, nothing should be criticized until you or anyone has played the game. You must not realize that development for any sort of game takes so much work and effort. You complain about originality, yet you probably play CoDMW2 or something. Silas will definitely be a new and original experience. It's about having fun and enjoying the game anyways. Regardless if it does bad or well, at least the guy is making his dreams come "true". That's just my thought on it.

Heh. transshift is... gone. Like, he's running from the cops and possibly living in a different state.. I haven't been able to talk to him in 4 months. Poor kid, wish he didnt screw up his life so badly. I might be free to make song songs. Totally depends.

Well 16:10 monitors suck so bad. They only support up to 2 resolutions. 1440x900 (i think) and 1680x1050. These monitors absolutely suck for gaming. Don't get them. Lol.

Anything is good for ambient really. Except EnergyXT. You just need the correct VST's and Soundfonts.

Well, FL studio is nice for ambient stuff. But reason also does the trick. It actually just totally depends on your style of workflow. I have heard protools and stuff have been pretty nice for ambient. Totally depends. I suggest maybe Cubase? Not sure. I made ambient stuff like 3 years ago and I used FL studio. So, depends on what you like to work with. Do some more research.

I would say EnergyXT. Its like $70 or so, and it's multiplatform (WIN, MAC OSX, LINUX). Although, if you want to take a higher step, go with FL studio. $100-$300 for it. Unless you just want to go all out, you can get Reason, Pro-tools, and Cubase. But, it just totally depends on your type of workflow and the type of music you plan on making.
