I think a bagpipe must be in the mod to the Scots Grace who plays everytime bagpipemusic if he move away it's verry important. The History of scottish bagpiper in the regiments had a long time ago.
British will have Pipers, for sure. But you will have to wait for our next expamsion about Waterloo, when we introduce some more factions.
