Oh yes, it's the original Vegas. This game has even more wall-hacking terrorists and even funkier cover mechanics but damn, it's a great game. Sometimes even better than Rainbow Six Vegas 2.
The video starts out with one of my earlier attempts where I get killed by a very annoying little toilet-sitter.

I would have an easier time to figure out where bullets are coming from.

Heh, yeah, I really gotta get you this game. I could use a skilled Rainbow Six operative who is trained in the use of the Dakka gun to watch my back =)
