Haha, a Miranda Class on steroids. I think there is a ship in Star Trek online that would fit that description even better though I can't find it atm.
As for the deflector dish, well it's a pretty small ship so it could just be a deflector dish adapted from a larger ship. =)
Given it's shape, I'd say it's from a Constitution-class.
