The author said that you need a lot of dexterity and maybe one day the master will notice you to teach you dual wield .... he means the guy with two swords in khorinis behind abuying .... but let me tell you , last time I had 50 dexterity and he still didnt said anything new ... so it must be higher than that.
I stoped playing after that because I don't have time but if you even figure it out how much dexterity is needed let me know.
