Get out of here, Stalker! Just joking friends, come in and enjoy my constantly growing profile. This is the list of the games I play: S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series (favourite), Far Cry series (also one of my favourites), Crysis games (nice graphics), Assassin's Creed series (#1 games when it comes to atmosphere and history), GTA (especially San Andreas), Borderlands 1&2. The Ventilation Complex. You go there and might think "Oh, finally a calm place"...if you're not looking close enough.

The hunting for this UberChimera. At my second playthrough i was smart enough to climb on the two repositorys there. If you been detected.
Otherwise an quick sneak attack with some F1 or mounted grenades are the only tactic i know.
Funny, why I have an some kind of "respect" for this beasts : )
Or just blow everything you have into their two heads. At night I'm too busy to think of a tactic. The best situation was when I was facing a chimera from about 10 meters or so, and I got the RPG-7 from the Anti-Aircraft Complex ;)
