hey i downloaded the mod and its awesome anyways im playing as eriadore and i want to riunite arnor i have made and alliance with gondor and made the old arnor borders and im in turn 69 and can stil not build the house of kings when can i build the house of kings?

hey for some time ago i asked if i had 2 download the patches 2.0 and 2.1 but it says that i have instaled 3.0 do i stil have to download 2.0 and 2.1 patch sorry for being a noob

Hey i havent downloaded the mod yet but when i do do i have 2 download the patches? and if i have the normal m2tw and i bought the golden edition then i have to uninstal the normal edition right? sory for my bad english.
