Released one (almost) total conversion and one mod... One more mod coming ;)
Try reading its' description - it's not supposed to be used against biological entities...
This game deserves its' place in history... And in the moddb database.
Its' modabilty and official modding tools/resources are a few reasons more for that. I hope it'll live for a long time and bring us more fun every time some new contet for it gets released.

There is a locker in Redding which "belongs to the Sheriff", it's usually locked, but get unlocked when one accept first job from the Sheriff. It shouldn't get locked after that, I think...

.223 FMJ ammo has 3/2 damage mod now. Thanks for mentioning it, it was bug. I thought of making it 3/2 (1/1 is for AP and 2/1 is for JHP), but I made a mistake. Heh ;)
Adding gauss minigun? Maybe in the next mod, LOL...
Tesla rifle and Railgun should be for energy weapons and big guns something like gauss rifle for small guns.

I dunno why the gauss weapons are so mighty. I didn't change ammo and weapons stat for those weapons, nor for the Jackhammer... Though, shotgun shells cause more damage now (3/2) instead of 1/1. That might be the reason Jackhammer is a bit more dangerous than before.
Are you sure Gauss rifle and Gauss pistol are better than before..?
Gauss pistol=22-32 damage, ammo=3/2
Gauss rifle=32-43 damage, ammo=3/2
Energy weapons - have you tried Tesla rifle? With sniper perk, BRF and fastshot it should be good... Pulse rifle is for robots only! Other than that, turbo plasma rifle is the same... It should be deadly enough, but I dunno is it good for Enclave. From the Big guns there should be Railgun real killer. It's more powerful than gauss rifle, but heavier and 1AP more... If you don't like it, I recommend it for Marcus :)

I like THE idea of using different skills for different things in-game. This gives totally new posibilities of going-through-game and enrichment gameplay. Congratulations, I hope you'll finish it soon...
While we're all awaiting 3rd sequel, here's the mod for FO2 which shall keep the game longer alive...
And yes, definitely the best RPG ever!
