Hello, my name is Alejandro Gorgal (everybody calls me Alex or Linfo though); Im the character modeler and animator of "Depth", making divers so you can tear them apart.
That looks really cool, custom built engine? Impressive.
Really nice guys! And looks like you have a nice base car for me to try and recreate a Lancia Delta Integrale, sweet!
Awesome looking model.
Woot! Looking forward to try this once I get back home.
I wouldn't worry about it, I think the purpose of the video was to show of those sound effects so they will obviously be louder in the video.
The smoke looks really good, but I do think there should be more particles coming out of it. After all, that's what a fragmentation grenade is all about, it's not the explosion but the pieces of shrapnel that come out of it that gets you.
Anyway, looking forward to the game!
Can you license designs and sell them to other manufacturers? That would be cool.
Looking forward to the next update.
I used several years ago, but once I got a job and Steam started to get big I stopped pirating games. Now it's come to the point where I hate piracy.
@TheBTRStudios
Hey there, from what I've seen in the videos it looks like all male characters have this problem, the rest of the body looks good, it's just the arms that have this problem. The female looks nice though.
Here's a simple reference to give you an idea of what they should look like:
Zbrushcentral.com
Take note that the arms go all the way down the crotch and the hands begin even lower than that.
And dont feel discouraged, proportions are a bitch, it's the thing I've had the most problems with too. But getting it right goes a long way to make your models look better.
Really good models. Also digging the art style.
This is looking really good. Love the female character's moves. Only thing I find a bit odd is the length of the male character's arms, they seem a bit short.
Anyway, keep up the good work :)
From what Im reading on your site, if I pre-order now I get early access to the game, Overgrowth style? Im tempted..
This looks good, there's a total of zero 3D fighting games on PC so Im looking forward to this one.
Will it feature online play?
Fair enough.
Im not sure what to make of this. A few weeks ago you guys made this huge announcement about the allegations of you guys running with the money and not paying your staff in what's probably one of the biggest "Streisand effect" scenarios I've seen in the gaming biz.
It was weird and I believe it makes indies look bad, but you guys said you would be posting more info about to clear things out, which I think was a good idea and would have helped clear things out.
Then out of nowhere Orion's moddb profile is erased, which was a very strange damage control tactic but whatever, let's roll with it.
Now after a big silence you appear out of nowhere, giving no explanations and posting a silly April's fool joke.
I feel like Im being taken as an idiot here. Am I supposed to pretend all that crap never happened? Im confused here.
Please don't take me wrong, I do have a sense of humor and I have no reasons to believe that the accusations are in fact real, but don't you think we deserve some kind of explanation?
Great work, it looks really good! Does the digital panel works?
Sebas! Todo bien? Muchas gracias por el comentario, saludos!

The problem is that I dont think that consoles are entirely to blame.
Before I was a PC gamer I was a console owner (with my last console being the glorious Dreamcast) and I can assure you that there tons of console games that are far from the dumbed down mess made to appeal the lowest common denominator possible that we see today.
I believe the problem is more spread out. As companies get bigger and budgets increase there's a bigger focus in revenue than in quality.
Let's not forget that all previous Splinter Cell titles were released on the original Xbox and yet Conviction remains to be an incredibly linear third person shooter that casually pretends to be a stealth game.
As corporations grow larger they lose focus in creativity, and simply try to increase profit as much as possible.
People are going to buy these games because they are not created for us, they are created for a new generation that doesn't have anything to compare this to, and that buys into the hype that is so easy to buy nowadays (mostly thanks to video game journalism having almost zero standards aside from a few decent indie ones like RPS).
And sadly this happens on both PC and consoles alike.
So yeah, the industry is ****** :P
Is the grass texture new? It looks nice.
Excellent! Will you be able to test drive the cars at some point?
I wish I could think if something clever to say but all I can think of is "holy ****!" Great works guys :)
Sounds great! I'll be tracking you guys :)
How do you restart if you fall down?
Im still on the leader boards! Awesome lol!
Great concept! Loving the artwork.
I dont really know anything about the period so Im wondering how realistic the clothing and equipment characters equipment are. Are those based on historical facts are you taking liberties on your design? (Not that there's anything worng with that, Im just wondering).
Anyway, good luck!
Nice details! I can see what you meant about being inspired by TDU :)
You eventually bleed to death once you lose a limb, so stay hidden!
Looking good, keep it up! :)
Are you seriously going to post the same thing on every single game update? How selfish the game developers must be not to work continuously to provide free content for you to ridicule.
Get off your high horse, and get a job.
