Great mod. I was wary about installing it as I read it could put more strain on my system, but things are actually running so much better.

I was getting about 15FPS average in vanilla (stfu, it's playable enough for me) at max settings, but now I'm getting 20FPS average with complete and then lowered some settings and getting about 30 while it still looks better than vanilla.

Thanks a ton for this mod. I've always loved the first one for SoC.

I have a tiny suggestion that I haven't seen anyone else make.

Personally, I would like the added immersion of having the option to have all radio transmissions (like blowout/emission alerts, etc) go through an alternate sound output so I could set it to my headset. If there's a way I could do this by myself, let me know.

I don't know who else might like it. I usually forget to take my headset off, but just realized I had it on while playing a little while ago. Then I was told an emission was about to happen and I thought it would be so cool to hear just that through the headset. I don't know if you can do it, but at least consider it if you can?

Add it or not, CoP Complete is freaking epic either way.

I just got this from Direct2Drive. I didn't really think it was worth $30 when I played the trial, but now I feel like I'm ripping the devs off by getting it for $5. Ah well, it's a good deal and I'm sure they had to agree to it.

So anyone who wants this for cheap, then head to Direct2Drive and get it for five bucks until Monday! Also there are a ton of other great games for $5 as well. Check 'em out!

Ya'll should just make it bigger (though it may take longer) and add in the IW story, but keep the DX1 gameplay and Source graphics. Or maybe finish this up and if people think you did a good job then start on making IW maps and come out with a new mod. Same thing as this, just different maps. Maybe an IW: Source made by ya'll would be great.

It's more than likely that it will die, but apparently the team wanted to keep at it anyway. I'm still going to be watching this and hoping it will make it through.

I don't know what could be done by us fans to help ensure that it gets past the legal issues, but I hope there will be a fair amount of folk who would petition, write letters, or do whatever it might take (without breaking the law of course. e.g. Taking Spielberg hostage and demanding permission)

I was mostly a fan because of JP and it's sad that things got all jumbled about, but you dealt with it very well.

You put a lot into it and I really liked what you did. It was all very professional and something to respect. That's why I'm going to subscribe. I can't wait to see the wonderful things you will make.

I would hate to see the game die, but a time travel game would be pretty kick ***. I've got books upon books about time travel, theoretical physics, and astrophysics. I'd go crazy over a time travel game. Then throw it in with the post-apocalyptic theme. Or even have the piratey theme in there too!

Bottom line is that if JP goes away then I'd still have something to look forward to that really interests me being made by a great team.

Ah, been a while since I've really taken a look here. I feel bad for not staying loyal, but I got caught up in life. I don't just sit in my room for 16 hours a day just staring at my computer.

I'm not an expert about this sorta thing, but I don't think I've seen Source look so damn good. I'm not sure even L4D looks that amazing.
