Since it looks as the most mobile of them all, it will be able to move and fire at the same time, as opposed to UEF and Aeon counterparts that they have to stop and/or deploy....
I doubt it will have jump-jets...

Since you are introducing the f word, which really drives the conversation reaaally out of its "ideal" way, I would have to remind you ONE thing, IT IS A FRICKIN' GAME! DEAL WITH IT!

Oh if you take it from that option, well it could be considered an air "clearance" unit that if used aggressively the player has to micro-manage it to destroy AA ground resistance, so that it can pave the way for the stronger AG units ;)
It is easily balanced since it cannot target on it's own too far, its weapon's range exceeds its own visual range, thus you have to scout the units that it has to snipe ;)
and also bear in mind that it's price will be really high, so if someone built it he has to take care of it and use it at its full potential ;)
Plus it's primary weapon has a high minimum range, so it cannot fire close to it..(the weapons that you see in the front are veteran upgrades)
Apache's with the Longbow suite installed can annihilate tanks from more than 8km away....

Yes, I'm working on a T3 Carrier aswell... It will act as a defence platform against aircraft, but also produce aircraft, the differences will come (when OverRated of course settles up the balances and his own taste of things ;) ):
1) Different productions speeds (one of them will build aircraft faster)
2) Different aircraft being built...
3) Uniqueness (the one will submerge)
4) Different speed
5) Shielding in one of them
6) Different amount of health.....

@Durog25, thanks, and I'm on a UEF T3 cruiser too.....navy battles will be full of options in revamp :)
It's going to have maaaany differences from the submersible atlantis...atlantis may be able to sneak attack everywhere and do surprise attacks, but the T3 carrier would be able to withstand punishment, while delivering a vast array of defensive punishment !
I want to thank all of you guys for the support ! I see that most of the talk is around the carrier, now lets clear some things up:
1) The upper deck is split into two sections, a) the command tower, b) the AA site.
2) The carrier has only one deck because it will be small and quite mobile as a ship and not huge as normal aircraft carriers are...and since MOST of the jobs there are made by machinery and not men, it doesn't need to be as huge as real carriers are nowadays.. but I could work on a two deck version...maybe for veterancy
3) The crates were just placeholders, I wasnt even sure you're gonna notice them in the first place..HAHAHAHAHHAHAHA
4) The elevator is quite a good idea, I might actually work on it too...
5) As for the missile silos they were intended to be in the back, but i changed my mind...
I was working on a minor experimental based on a slimmed down version of fatboy, but it was cancelled :)

well dear Smoth, since my studies have given me a vast experience in this sector, I would safely say that models like this one, DO NOT EXIST in any other RTS game right now...the end....

a lot of things can balance that...if the bomber has RAW power on its bomb, then to balance that, you can rip-off the defence systems ;)

I designed it as a heavier version, T2-T3 version of Shotja....and yeah I liked the normal version too...

2)The proportions of the nose have been changed and also became more "boxy"
3)The scale of the body was fixed
4)The weapon now has two animated parts that will ROCK when it is ready ;)
5)The intake in the middle has fins now
well when I design those models what I strive for firstly is innovative concepts...for example if most of the UEF units use jet engines, I try to think of a different type of propulsion system ;)
This is why I chose magnetic levitation ;)
Now as for the weapon components I think we have to skip until later :)

as you can see we tend to like challenges, so thanks :)
And as Awesomesauce935 stated (really really perfectly) a good strategist would not use AA armor against those ;) Instead he could swipe the floor with them, with some air superiority fighters ;)
And lastly, you mentioned that cost and time to build is not a problem, well I ensure you it is, because if you spend 3 minutes to build one unit, where the enemy has produced 3 and on half the cost then it is NOT worth it to engage directly ;)
For example an F22 takes 2 years to assemble, and it costs 22 millions, while a MIG (I'm just using rough examples) costs 5 millions and can be built in 1 year, then by the time one side has 1 F22 the other will have 2 and at half the cost ;)
It's all strategy! and that's why we love it!

You just got it wrongly, but before I start explaining further, let me tell you this: YOU, are not representing the "community" ;) and YOU have an opinion, which I would LOVE to hear and elaborate on (on this model, and every model that I make)....this is as far as it goes ;)
No to further clarify it, when you are talking about realism in game it starts to become REALLY FRICKIN blurry because you cannot clearly define the thin line between what's functional and what's not! this being said, the king kriptor in reality would INDEED fall, no matter what you want to believe, because the sheer recoil of its weapons would knock it back each and every time it fired, and supposed it had MASSIVE servo-motors, then it would fall by being hit from another huge shell...like you do when a basketball hits you in the face ;)
Now PLEASE...do not focus on these stuff...elaborate on the "appealing" and "role" parts of the models, and NOT on their realism... thanks in advance

they are veterancy upgrades, and yes they are small machine guns used for self defense, since it's primary weapon has a high minimum range, it cannot shoot close to it ;)

I thought that the design you proposed was for the UEF! I just realized it's for Aeon, well all I can is that the Aeon will get what they deserve when the time comes, I have some experimentals in my mind for them that would complement their army pretty darn well ;)
I really doubt that a huge air battleship would complement well with their current army, imagine a line of fatboys, packed with a line of T3 Sniper gunships, and some of your proposed experimental fortresses...what has a hope of even coming close?
let alone the experimental tower defense the UEF has....

I did check the "Ohms", the only role I can fit for them would be something similar to the Protoss Reaver (Starcraft)...but not sure, if it fits or what... right now, I'm working on the Dreadnought...

I think of it as a movable command unit, but I would also like it as an area denial weapon, (I always found area denial weapons to be of highly strategical value)....so maybe a deploy-able moving fortress ? I'm not sure....
